World's biggest investor donates Rs 10,000 crore, property to be distributed after death

Warren Buffett: 94-year-old Warren Buffett, the world's leading investor and billionaire businessman, has donated $1.1 billion (Rs 10,000 crore) out of his net worth of $150 billion. He has donated such a huge amount to four charities. He said this in his latest post. He also stated in his note that his assets will be divided after his death. Warren Buffett donates to family trusts World's leading investor Warren Buffett has donated $1.1 billion to four trusts run by his family on 25 November 2024, according to a report by India Today. He has given more than $1.1 billion worth of Berkshire Hathaway stock to his family trust. Trusts donated by Warren Buffett include 1.50 lakh shares to his wife Susie, Sherwood Trust, Susan Thompson Buffett Trust in the name of Howard G. Buffett Foundation and Novo Foundation have been allotted 3 lakh shares each.
