Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman made several big announcements for education and youth. In her budget speech, she mentioned 5 PM package schemes related to jobs and skills. There was also a scheme in which It has been said that one thousand industrial training institutes will be upgraded to provide skills to the youth. It has been mentioned that 25 thousand students will get the benefit of skill loan every year and 1 crore youth will be skilled within 5 years.
He said, the government will provide internships to 1 crore youth in 500 top companies. During the internship, students will be given a stipend of 5 thousand rupees every month. Know who will get this opportunity and what is the eligibility.
Who will get 5 thousand rupees every month?
The question is who will get 5 thousand rupees as stipend every month? On this, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman says, this scheme is a part of the Prime Minister’s package. Our government will launch a scheme which will provide internship to 1 crore Indian youth in 500 top companies. This will be done for 5 years.
These youth will increase their experience by living in that environment for 12 months and prepare themselves for the future. They will be given Rs 5000 every month as internship allowance. Apart from this, Rs 6000 will also be given as one-time assistance allowance.
This will benefit those students who want to make a career in a field by doing internship during studies or after completing studies. For this, their age should be between 21 and 24 years. Those who have not got a job till now and are not studying full time will get the opportunity for this. They will get the benefit of stipend.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the company will bear the expenses of the training. Apart from this, 10 percent of the internship cost will be taken from the company’s CSR fund.

These plans were also announced
The first scheme of the PM package is First Time Employment. Under this, people registering for the first time with EPFO with a salary less than Rs 1 lakh will get a help of Rs 15,000. This will be given in three installments which will be transferred directly to the bank account. 210 lakh youth will be helped through this scheme.
The second scheme is Job Creation in Manufacturing. With its help, the employee joining the manufacturing sector for the first time will be given incentives for the first 4 years on the basis of EPFO deposits. 30 lakh youth will benefit from this.
The third scheme is Support to Employer. With its help, the government will work to reduce the burden of employers. With the help of this scheme, the government will reimburse the employers Rs 3000 per month for 2 years on the EPFO contributions of new employees.
The fourth scheme is Participation of Women in Workforce. Through this scheme, working women hostels, children’s crèches and women skilling programs will be started to increase the participation of women in jobs.
