Water filled even in bungalows of dignitaries in Delhi, employees took SP MP in their arms to the car, watch video

New Delhi. Rainfall has become a disaster for the people of Delhi who are waiting for rain due to the scorching heat. Roads have become ponds at many places in Delhi. The situation is such that Lutyens Zone, which is considered a VVIP area, is also surrounded by the problem of waterlogging. Rainwater has reached inside the bungalows of ministers and MPs located in Lutyens Delhi. The bungalows of many dignitaries including Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, SP MP Ram Gopal Yadav, BJP MP Bhartruhari Mahtab have been flooded. Even the official residence of Delhi's Water Minister Atishi on Mathura Road in front of Pragati Maidan has been flooded.

When Samajwadi Party MP Ram Gopal Yadav left his house to go to Parliament this morning, his staff members carried him in their arms to the car and made him sit in it. Water is being pumped out from the SP MP's bungalow. Its video is also going viral on social media, on which people are making various comments.

While posting a video on social media, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor wrote, this is the scene right outside my house in Lutyens Delhi. When I woke up in the morning, my entire house was submerged in a foot of water. Every room, carpet and furniture, everything was ruined. Apparently the storm water drains in the neighborhood are clogged, so there is no place for the water to drain and the electricity has been turned off since 6 am for fear of people getting electrocuted.

Meanwhile, in another post, he praised Delhi's Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena and wrote that shortly after my first post, I received a call from the Lieutenant Governor. He told me about the failures of the Delhi government and assured me that he will make every possible effort in this matter.
