Ukraine: Andriy Sibiha becomes the new Foreign Minister of Ukraine amid Russia-Ukraine war

Ukraine : Amid the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Andriy Sibiha as the new Foreign Minister. Earlier, Zelensky had removed Dmytro Kuleba from the post of Foreign Minister. Kuleba is the same leader who had taken a dig at India for buying cheap oil from Russia. According to reports, the Ukrainian Parliament approved the appointment of a new Foreign Minister on Thursday. The new Foreign Minister Sibiha is being described as a career diplomat of Ukraine. He has also worked in Zelensky's office for many years. He also has a good understanding of foreign policy and strategic partnerships.

The appointment of a new foreign minister in Ukraine comes at a time when the country's President Volodymyr Zelensky is trying to infuse new life into his administration in view of the decisive phase of the war against Russia. Sibiha was serving as Deputy Foreign Minister since April.
