Transfer of IAS officers in Jharkhand, Vibra Pal becomes Principal Secretary to Governor

Ranchi: The Jharkhand state government has again transferred IAS officers before the elections. These include Chief Minister's Secretary Arva Rajkamal to Governor's Principal Secretary Nitin Madan Kulkarni. Arva Rajkamal has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Building Construction and Nitin Madan Kulkarni as Principal Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperatives. Arva Rajkamal, Managing Director, Jharkhand State Building Construction Department, will also hold the post of Secretary, Building Construction Department with the Local Commissioner, Jharkhand Building, New Delhi.
