Rail News: Eastern Railway's Howrah Division has announced a special train from Howrah to Navadwip Tham for the convenience of devotees going to Navadwip Tham on the occasion of 'Ratha Yatrai' and 'Ulta Ratha Yatrai' fair in West Bengal. . This train will stop at Panthal station at 3.55 pm for two minutes.
