This is how to protect your eyes from computer and mobile screens…
Latest News (Health Corner) :- Our eyes suffer the most from spending too much time on computer and mobile screens. Why not give them some rest too?
While working on the computer, a distance of about one meter should be maintained, but even if this is not possible, there should be a distance of one and a half to two feet between the monitor and the eyes. The top part of the computer screen should be at eye level. This does not put pressure on the neck and waist. Do not keep looking at the monitor continuously. Blinking of eyes is necessary, otherwise dryness or eye strain occurs in the eyes.
If you use glasses, do not be negligent in wearing them. Also, keep checking the number to see if the number of glasses has increased. You can also apply rose water to your eyes once or twice a day. Soaking cotton balls in rose water and placing them on your eyes provides relief.
To give rest to the eyes, you can play 20-20 game. After focusing on the screen for 20 minutes, look away for 20 seconds and focus on something 20 feet away from you or blink your eyes 20 times every 20 minutes.
Like T-20, keep taking strategic time out. Rest your eyes for 3-5 minutes every hour during work. When the eyes focus on nearby objects, they have to work more. In such a situation, it is important to focus on distant things from time to time. Open and close your eyes quickly. You can do this 15 to 20 times.
