  1. Plan your trip properly: before hitting the road, taking the flight or booking your train tickets make sure to plan the trip and make proper and legal arrangements for the pet to travel safely.     3.Visit a vet: It is mandatory to visit a vet before travelling to ensure that your pet is up-to-date with vaccinations and has had all medical tests done. Make a note to carry all documentation in a file, especially when travelling internationally.
    4.Pack essential items: Always make sure to check and travel with an adequate amount of essential items such as food, water, medicines, and seatbelts to prevent them from roaming no freely and causing chaos for other people. Don’t forget to bring your pets’ favourite treats and comfort items to help them feel familiar during difficult times.
    5.Take Breaks: Plan regular rest stops during road trips to allow your pet to stretch their legs, relieve themselves, and stay hydrated. Bring along portable water bowls and offer them water frequently to prevent dehydration, especially during warmer weather.
