US Storm News: 21 people were killed and more than 42 were injured due to the tornado that hit the US states of Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas on Sunday (May 26). According to American media house CNN, about 1 crore people have been affected by the storm, hail and strong winds.
The United States Meteorological Department has issued a warning of hailstorms along with tornadoes and heavy rains in these three states today (May 27). Several buildings, electricity, gas lines and a gas station were destroyed by the storm. According to the White House, US President Joe Biden is keeping an eye on the entire incident. Rescue teams have been dispatched to the spot.

The cities of Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee suffered the most damage. Baseball-sized hailstones fell here. Due to this, more than 40 lakh people are living in fear. Winds are blowing at a speed of 136 to 165 km per hour in these states.
