Tighten the abdominal muscles and bend as if you are sitting in a chair. Bring the thighs parallel to the floor and remain in this posture for some time. Use jumping motion to go up and out of this position. Then come back to the old position. Remember to jump on the toes and not on the heels.

During this, keep your hands straight and jump and kick the butt with your straight leg. Jump with the other leg in the same way. Repeat this again and again. Jumping lunges are a very simple exercise that gets your heart rate pumping. To do this, stand in a position where your feet are shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Stand up straight and tuck your chin in, breathing deeply. Take a step forward into a lunge position, and lower your hips toward the floor until your back knee is 2 inches above the floor. Jump while flying in the air and quickly switch from your back foot to your front foot. Land softly and put your other foot forward. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times on both legs.

This is the best exercise to reduce hip fat. To do donkey kicks, sit on your knees and bend forward and put your elbow on the ground and come in meditation posture. Now, keeping the elbow on the shoulder, move a little forward on the ground. Slowly take the left leg backwards and lift it upwards. Take the leg down and return to the first position. Repeat the same process with the other leg as well. Complete these sets twice.

Start in an athletic stance with feet hip-width apart. Jump to the right first, and then immediately to the left as soon as your feet touch the ground. Repeat this a few times.
Flutter Kicks

This exercise is beneficial for reducing belly fat and staying slim. To do this, first lie down on the mat. Keep the legs together and then stretch them in front. Tighten the stomach and lift the feet from the floor and start moving the legs up and down. Do this at least 15 times.
