Send Hindu children studying in madrasas to normal schools

Live Hindi News :- The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has recommended the Madhya Pradesh government to transfer Hindu students studying in madrasas to public schools. There are madrassas for Muslim children in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana and other northern states. Many of these madrassas are running without recognition and without seeking support from the central and state governments.

There are madrasas which are recognised by the government and run on subsidies. Both types of madrassas also have children from the local Hindu families studying in them. There are many reasons for this, including the fact that they get the kind of education they get in madrassas that they don't get in local government schools.

9,417 Hindu children: In such a situation, recently a survey was conducted by NCPCR in the madrasas of BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh. A study conducted by a committee led by its chairman Priyank Kanungo revealed many important issues affecting the welfare of children. 9,417 Hindu children are studying in 1,755 madrasas recognized by the MP government. MP will transfer all of them to public schools. NCPCR chairman Priyank Kanungo has recommended to the government.

Basic facilities not available: In his letter to the Chief Secretary of the MP government in this regard, he said: Many of the 1,755 government-recognized Muslim madrasas lack basic facilities under the Right to Education Act. For this reason they do not come under the Right to Education Act. The same situation exists in unrecognized madrasas. Therefore, Hindu children studying in both these types of madrasas should be transferred to public schools.
Muslim children should also be transferred to public schools because other students are also affected by the same problems as Hindu children. Because many teachers of such madrasas do not even have BD. Due to this, the subjects are not taught properly to the students. Even though the government gives financial assistance to such madrasas, the children studying in them do not get the right to basic education. Priyank has said this in his letter.
