Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, Galaxy A35 5G Launching in India at 02:30 PM Today: What to Expect?
Samsung has revealed little details about the two upcoming smartphones, although they will likely feature similar design with different specifications, much like their predecessors. Samsung are likely to release the two Galaxy A series smartphones under the radar with no event scheduled.
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G, Galaxy A55 5G India Launch
The Samsung Galaxy A55 5G and Galaxy A35 5G are launching in India at 02:30 pm (IST). The two Galaxy A series smartphones are expected to feature the same design as the flagship Samsung Galaxy S24.
We expect the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G price in India to start from under Rs 35,000, while the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G price in India could fall under the 45K mark in the country. Samsung has yet to reveal details about the upcoming Galaxy A series smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G, Galaxy A55 5G Specifications (Expected)
The Samsung Galaxy A55 5G is expected to use the Exynos 1480 SoC paired with the new AMD Xclipse 530 GPU. On the other hand, the Galaxy A35 5G could use the Exynos 1380 chipset paired with the Mali-G68 GPU.
The two Galaxy A series smartphones are also expected to use Super AMOLED displays with up to a 120Hz refresh rate. The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G and Galaxy A55 5G will run Android 14-based One UI 6 with the South Korean tech giant promising four Android OS updates and five security updates.
For optics, the Galaxy A35 5G will feature a 50 MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 5 MP macro unit. Up front, it is expected to have a 13 MP selfie camera. The Galaxy A55 5G is also expected to opt for a 50 MP primary sensor with OIS, a 12 MP ultrawide lens, and a third 2 MP macro unit.
