Saava: Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal's historical drama will clash with Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 The Rule earlier. Now the makers have extended its release date. Sawa will now hit theaters in February 2025. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh reports this on X. However, the makers have not yet revealed the reason behind the postponement of the film. Saava will not clash with Pushpa 2. Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh shared a post on X. It read, “New release date announcement for Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika and Akshay Khanna's 'Saava'. The historical drama is now all set to release on 14th February 2025… The release date is quite unique as February 2025 is the birthday of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Saava and Pushpa 2 were originally slated to release on December 6, 2024. Pushpa 2 would have had tough competition at the box office. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 also stars Fahadh Basil and Rashmika Mandhana alongside Arjun. If Saava moves to February, Rashmika, who is a part of Saava, will not have to see her two films clash at the box office.
