You can ride a bicycle or play a sport of your choice or go for a morning walk. This reduces the risk of heart disease to a great extent. To reduce cholesterol, do Kapalbhati, Pranayama, Chakrasana, Shalabhasana Yogasana for 30 minutes daily. This improves your blood circulation.
