Preparations for Hanuman Jayanti procession started in Bansbediya, officials inspected the route
Hanuman Jayanti procession will be taken out in Ganges Jute Mill area of Bansberia of Hooghly district on 23rd April this year in which thousands of Hanuman devotees are likely to participate. Like every year, this year too the procession is being organized by Hanuman Seva Samiti and other organizations including Jan Kalyan Sangh. On Saturday, the Superintendent of Hooghly District Police (Rural) inspected about 2.5 kilometers of the procession starting from the starting point of the procession via Islampara, Shivpur, including Mill Phadi, Millgate, Saheb Bagan. He gave necessary instructions to the officers present.
On this occasion, DSP Crime Abhijit Sinha Mahapatra, CI Soumen Vishwas Magrar police station incharge Suman Kundu, Bainsbedia Mill Phadi incharge Sujit Rai and other police officers and personnel were present.
