PM Modi invited businessmen from Singapore to visit Kashi, made this big appeal to the businessmen

Singapore: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently on a visit to Singapore. Where today i.e. on Thursday, PM Modi met top businessmen and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) in Singapore. In this meeting, the Prime Minister told them about the ongoing reforms in the country to bring investment and innovation to India.
PM Modi has reached Singapore after 6 years following an invitation from Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong. PM ​​Modi met businessmen during his two-day visit to Singapore today and invited them to visit Kashi in India.

Giving information about his meeting with businessmen in Singapore, Prime Minister Modi wrote on the social media platform 'X' that he interacted with top businessmen and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) in Singapore. We discussed ways to deepen economic ties. I highlighted the ongoing reforms in India that will promote investment and innovation.

For information, let us tell you that India-Singapore trade has more than doubled in the last 10 years. Mutual investment has nearly tripled and crossed 150 billion US dollars. Modi's visit to Singapore is important for India's Act East Policy. Singapore is India's largest trading partner among ASEAN countries.
PM Modi's invitation to businessmen
Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the CEOs of top companies of Singapore and appealed to invest in India. PM Modi said, this is my third term. Those who are familiar with India will know that after 60 years a government has got the mandate for the third time. The reason behind this is the faith of the people in the policies of my government. If there is any fastest growing aviation sector in the world, then it is in India. MRO is our priority.
Along with this, PM Modi said that you (businesses) should come to India to invest in the development of airports. We are moving ahead with predictable and progressive policies. There is political stability in India. We are moving aggressively in the field of semiconductors. We are going to create a whole ecosystem in this area. Startups are growing very fast in tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India. I noticed that one topic that is prominently visible is skill development. In India, we are putting a lot of emphasis on skill development keeping in mind Industry 4.0 and the field of semiconductors. Come and invest in Kashi.
Four MoUs were signed
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong on Thursday signed four Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to strengthen bilateral partnership in various sectors during their meeting. With this, the two leaders met in the city of Singapore and agreed to elevate their bilateral relations to the level of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
