Now road accidents can be stopped in Jaipur with the help of an app, a new start by traffic police
Road accidents are increasing day by day in Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan, known worldwide as the Pink City. In the last four months of this year, more than 200 deaths have been reported in road accidents in Jaipur district. But now Jaipur traffic police is going to start a new initiative to control these accidents. Traffic police is bringing more than 20 black spots identified due to road accidents in Jaipur on the Jaipur map. Through this, people will get information about the accident prone areas on the map. The number of road accidents in the capital Jaipur has increased in the last few years. The Jaipur traffic police will soon conduct a new inspection to curb these accidents. With the help of this, while driving on the road, you can know which part of the road is prone to accidents. Transport DCP Sagar Rana said that the map app will be used for this test. In this map application, the driver will get an on-screen warning through a voice alert that there is a black spot at the distance where an accident is likely to occur. That is, with the help of the app, the black spots of Jaipur will be mapped. Jaipur Police will take up these steps with a mapping company for this initiative. Rajasthan will be the second state to conduct such an experiment. A similar experiment was conducted earlier in Punjab. 784 black spots in Punjab Punjab Police in association with MapMyIndia has mapped all 784 accident black spots across the state on its navigation system Maples app. Citizens using the Maples app will receive voice alerts in Punjabi, alerting commuters of black spots ahead, making Punjab the first state to map accident spots as part of road safety. The app alerts passengers by voice when a black spot is 100 meters away.
