The foundation for infrastructure was laid during this period. 96 percent of the rail network is electrified. 31 thousand kilometers of new railway lines have been built. Rs.3 thousand 3 thousand 38 crores have been earmarked for Haryana. The railway network here is 100 percent electrified. Rs.2 thousand 6 thousand 98 crores have been allocated for Himachal Pradesh. Here, work is being done on the Himalayan tunnel system. Rs.19 thousand 8 hundred and 48 crores for Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh's railway network is also 100 percent electrified. 157 stations are being constructed under Amrit Bharat station. Grand preparations are being made for the Kumbabhishekam. More than 40 projects are in progress. An action plan was developed 3 years ago. Prayagraj station has been redeveloped. Special trains will be operated. Joint Command of Railways will be created. Armor will be installed on 10,000 engines across the country. Railways has provided employment to more than 5 lakh people in the last 10 years. 1 lakh 40 thousand people got job in last one year. 2 crore people had applied. 5 thousand 147 crores have been allocated in the railway budget for the state of Punjab. The project worth 19 thousand 843 crores is currently underway. A project of 30 nectar stations is underway. 366 flyovers and tunnels have been constructed in Punjab. This time a budget of Rs.2 thousand 582 crores has been kept in Delhi. 13 stations of Delhi are being developed as Amrit stations. 4778 crore worth of projects are currently underway. Rs.9 thousand 959 crores have been earmarked for Rajasthan. Project works worth 51 thousand 814 crores are in progress. 85 station is being developed as Amrit station. Vande Metro and Vande Bharat Sleeper are in trial stage.
