Nepal's ruling coalition on the verge of collapse, Oli-Deuba's meeting stirs politics

Kathmandu, June 30 (Tezzbuzz). Nepal’s ruling coalition is on the verge of collapse. The growing distance between the ruling party leaders and their growing closeness with the opposition party is proof of this.
The meeting between KP Sharma Oli, the president of the ruling party’s largest party CPN-UML, and Sher Bahadur Deuba, the president of the main opposition party Nepali Congress, has created a stir in Nepal’s politics. KP Sharma Oli, who was invited as the chief guest in the program organized by the ruling coalition, boycotted it, while Prachanda left his pre-scheduled program midway and returned from Chitwan to Kathmandu to attend the same program. Other leaders of the ruling party also participated in that program, but Oli was absent from this program.
In fact, while this program of the ruling party was going on, Oli held a three-hour meeting with the main opposition leader Deuva at his residence. Deuva, who came to meet Oli with his MP wife Arju Rana, proposed the post of Prime Minister to Oli. Regarding this meeting, the Chief Whip of Nepali Congress, Ramesh Lekhak, said that the meeting of the two top leaders was about political stability in the changing political situation. He also said that Oli looked positive on Deuva’s proposal.
After the meeting of Oli and Deuba, there has been a stir in the ruling coalition. PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda immediately called Oli and expressed curiosity about the meeting. It is said that Oli has given an ultimatum to Prachanda to pave the way. UML MP Gokul Baskota said that now it is becoming difficult to move forward with the Maoists, so both the major parties should come together and establish political stability in the country.
