Narendra Modi Cabinet: Gift to Jharkhand from Narendra Modi Cabinet, approves Puramara-Sakulia Rail Project, Rs 1639 Crores to be spent
Narendra Modi Cabinet: Ranchi- The Cabinet meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday. In this, eight new railway projects were approved. Under this, construction works will be carried out in seven states including Jharkhand and West Bengal. Modi cabinet has gifted railway projects to the state of Jharkhand. Jharkhand's Puramara-Sakulia rail project will cost Rs 1639 crore. Under this, 60 km long construction works will be carried out. The Union Cabinet has approved eight important railway projects to be developed under Prime Minister Kathi Shakti's National Master Plan. These rail projects will be developed under the Pradhan Mantri Kathi Shakti National Master Plan. These railway projects relate to Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar and Telangana. Under this, construction works related to railway projects will be carried out in seven states. Iron and steel industry will grow in Jharkhand. Jharkhand's Puramara-Sagulia railway project is included in the eight important railway projects. In this, construction work will be done for a distance of 60 km. 1639 crores will be spent for this. This will give a boost to the iron and steel industry in Jharkhand. Coal will be available for thermal power plants as soon as possible. This will increase the power generation capacity. Connectivity of Tata Nagar and Ranchi Industrial Cluster will be great. The connectivity of Santhal Pargana with Bihar and Bengal would be good.
