These plots were allotted by Mysore Urban Development Authority. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah approached the High Court challenging the Governor's move. The judgment of this case was given by Judge M. A separate bench comprising Nagaprasanna adjourned on September 12. And the court has extended the interim order on August 19. In this, as the special court is going to hear the complaint against the chief minister, the special court ordered to adjourn the hearing on the petition of the chief minister.
