Material

2 bowls white urad dal
2 chopped onions
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
5-6 green chillies crushed
2 teaspoons red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
2 tablespoons of refined coriander
Oil for frying
salt to taste

How to make Pakoras
– First of all take lentils and clean them and wash them with water. Soak them for 5-6 hours. – After the stipulated time, grind the lentils in a mixer. Take out its paste in a bowl and whisk it well. – Now add onion, chilli and ginger garlic paste, fenugreek, green coriander, salt and mix. – Now heat oil in a pan. – As soon as the oil is hot, slowly make pakora-sized dumplings from this mixture. – After this let it become golden brown. – After deep frying, take it out in a plate. Bhajiya can also be served with green chutney or sauce or chilli.
