Lok Sabha elections: No road, no vote… Villagers raised slogans by putting up banners and posters, boycotted voting

Lok Sabha Election 2024. Voting is going on in 14 seats of Uttar Pradesh today in the sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections. A total of 27.06 percent voting has taken place in 14 seats of UP till 11 am. Meanwhile, voting has been boycotted in many villages of Siddharthnagar Lok Sabha seat of UP. The villagers have boycotted the voting and put up posters of 'No road, no vote'.
Villagers of Sishana, Pokhra Qazi, Jamoti Deeh, Jamota, under Siddharthnagar's Dumariyaganj Lok Sabha constituency, have put up banners and posters in the village and shouted slogans of “No road, no vote” and have announced boycott of Dumariyaganj Lok Sabha elections. Let us tell you that voting is going on since 7 am today. But due to people boycotting the voting in this Lok Sabha constituency, not even a single vote has been cast even after about one and a half hours.

Let us tell you that till 11 am, a total of 27.06 percent voting has taken place in 14 seats of UP. The lowest voting has taken place in Phulpur at 22.85 percent. Whereas the highest voting has taken place in Ambedkar Nagar at 30.02 percent.
