L.G. of Delhi, OSD action suspended by Health Minister, this is the whole issue

Delhi Lt Governor VK Saxena on Wednesday suspended Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj's OSD Dr RN Das for alleged improper and illegal registration of private nursing homes. In the LG's order, Dr. R.N. Disciplinary action to be taken against Das, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) of Delhi Government Minister (Health). Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 10 of the CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965, the Lt. Governor of Delhi, Dr. R.N. Das, Minister (Health), suspended the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) of GNCTD with immediate effect. Das, Minister (Health), Officer on Special Duty (OSD), GNCTD, Headquarters in Delhi and Dr. R.N. Das, Minister (Health), Officer on Special Duty (OSD) of GNCTD cannot leave the headquarters without obtaining prior permission from competent authority. Action after Vivek Vihar Baby Care Tragedy: Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj's OSD has been accused of unethical management of hundreds of old age homes in Delhi, but instead of taking action against them, he ignored them and the Vivek Vihar Baby Care newborn tragedy. This resulted in an accident at the hospital. According to the data registered with the Delhi Government Health Department, there are 1180 registered nursing homes in Delhi, but 340 or 29 per cent of these nursing homes lost their registration six years ago. The number of such old age homes is high in West and North West Delhi.
