Kolkata Doctor Rape Murder Case: There is uproar in the country over the rape and murder case in Kolkata. Doctors are protesting in different parts of the country for their demands. The Supreme Court took suo motu cognizance of the alleged rape and murder of a doctor in Kolkata's R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital. The hearing is going on in the Supreme Court in the case of alleged rape and murder of a doctor in Kolkata's R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital. The Supreme Court has taken a big decision in the case. The court announced that a National Task Force is going to be formed on the safety of doctors.

The matter was heard in the apex court on Tuesday. During the hearing, the court said that most young doctors work for 36 hours, we need to create a national protocol to ensure safe working conditions.
During the hearing on the Kolkata rape-murder case, the Chief Justice said that the situation regarding young doctors in hospitals across the country, especially in government hospitals, is very poor. He also mentioned the case of declaring the murder of the victim as suicide. The Chief Justice said that after the crime was discovered, the principal declared it as suicide. Kapil Sibal, the lawyer appearing in the court on behalf of West Bengal, said that this is wrong.
