On the morning of the 9th, when the first year chest doctor saw the victim at RJ Carr Hospital, when did he know that it was 9:30 am? It was the first time that someone knew that someone had committed a crime with a female victim, and then it all started, in which a first-year chest doctor informed his colleagues that a student had died in the seminar hall. Subsequently, at 9:45, in the letter sent by the hospital administration to the police to register an FIR, it is informed in the letter that at 9:45, the hospital administration came to know about the seminar hall.
