Who is Karim Khan?
54-year-old Karim Khan is from Edinburgh, Scotland and belongs to the Ahmadiyya Muslim community. He is originally from Pakistan where Ahmadiyya Muslims are facing persecution. For this reason, Khan’s interest increased towards human rights. He studied at King’s College London and was appointed a prosecutor in the British Attorney General’s Office early in his career in the 1990s.
