Avoid eating curd at night
According to Garuda Purana, curd or things made from it should not be consumed at night. By doing this, many types of diseases can occur in the body, which can affect age. Also, it is advisable to avoid eating the remaining carnivorous food of the night, as it can be harmful to health.
Take care of the right direction of gold
It is said in the Garuda Purana that sleeping towards the south or west direction can reduce the age of a person. So always try to sleep in the right direction. Also, sleeping on the broken bed is also considered inauspicious, which can increase the effect of negative energy.
Avoid adopting the wrong path
According to this book, the person who deliberately does wrong work or walks on the path of sin, is responsible for reducing his age himself. In particular, people who have malicious towards women, children and weak people, they shorten the duration of their lives with their own deeds.
