iPhone SE 4 To Foldable iPhone To AR Glasses, Here’s What Apple’s Future Roadmap Could Look Like For Next 3 Years
A leaked timeline by a tipster on X (formerly Twitter) hints that the company could bring the foldable iPhone in 2026 and introduce its AR glasses in 2027.
According to tipster Revegnus, the product roadmap was sourced from finance company Samsung Securities and included product details from Apple’s catalogue for the next three years. Plus, this year, the company is tipped to introduce an OLED iPad, as speculated by reports in the past.
Moving to next year, the timeline claims Apple may introduce the much-awaited iPhone SE 4 with a 6.1-inch OLED display and 48MP primary lens. Moreover, the company may bring triple 48MP cameras on the back and a 48MP OIS selfie lens on the ‘Pro’ iPhones.
Coming to 2026, the company may bring the highly-anticipated foldable iPhone and a low-end XR device, likely a cheaper trim of the Apple Vision Pro. The foldable could sport a 6-inch cover and an 8-inch main screen. Moreover, OLED MacBooks (14-inch and 16-inch) could see the light of the day during the same year. iPad Air and Mini will likely also witness an OLED treatment in the same year.
Finally, in 2027, the company may also make a mark in another new category with its AR glasses, which may offer 1.4-inch RGB microOLED or microLED displays. This year could also see the launch of a 20-inch iPad in a foldable form factor. Reliable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has also predicted a similar timeframe for the foldable iPad. However, readers must note that Apple has not shared any confirmation about the release of these products. These are mere speculations from the leaks channel.
