Instructions issued for appointment of guest teachers, know full details

 The date sheet/time table has been issued by Madhya Pradesh Public Education Directorate, Bhopal for the appointment of guest teachers on the vacant posts of teachers in the schools run under Madhya Pradesh Government, School Education Department. It has been decided that the guest teachers will hoist the flag on 15th August in their schools.
Guest teachers of last year will be appointed
In letter number 124 dated 24 July 2024 issued from Madhya Pradesh Public Education Directorate, Gautam Nagar Bhopal, it has been said that in the current academic session, only those guest teachers should be invited whose vacancy is visible on the GFMS portal. If there is a vacancy, then the guest teacher of the previous year should be continued. Along with this, the program for inviting guest teachers has also been released.

Vacancy display on GFMS portal on 30th July.
Joining and verification on GFMS portal from 1st to 7th August.
Certification of guest teachers joined by school in-charge from 1st to 8th August on GFMS portal.
Besides this, in schools where regular teachers are posted but are not available for the entire educational area, guest teachers will be appointed in their place by the cluster principal following the BHIM prescribed by the school.
Other general instructions
6.1 Arrangement of guest teachers will be made on the basis of maximum utilization of available human resources and availability of necessary budget.
6.2 If a regular teacher becomes available in the school then the order and services of the guest teacher will automatically terminate.
6.3 The monthly attendance details of the working guest teacher shall be submitted by the school in-charge to the cluster principal’s office on the last day of the month.
6.4 On the basis of monthly attendance of the guest teacher in the school, the cluster principal will generate the honorarium of the guest teachers in the first 2 days of the next month and submit it to the Block Education Officer’s office.
6.5 Block Education Officer will check the honorarium dues of guest teachers and get it paid by 7th of every month.
6.6 Information regarding honorarium given to guest teachers by the Block Education Officer shall be mandatorily entered on the GFMS portal by the 10th of this month.
