Lathehar, Chandraprakash Singh: Munshi Pal Gobind Chau (55 years) who was working on a bridge in Lathehar was hacked to death. The deceased belonged to Kulakala Richugutta village. The construction of a bridge over the river Orca, which is located on the border of Chandwa and Latehar, was in progress. Completion was entrusted to Neelam Construction (Pradhapur). Non-payment of fees is said to be the reason for the murder. Police recovered the form from the place on information that Pal Govind Chau, who died due to the construction of the bridge, lived in the same place. He used to work as a watchman at night. Around 9:00 pm on Thursday night, unidentified assailants entered the construction site and killed him by hitting him on the head with a sharp weapon.
