2. Less use of bicycle or carIf you use a car or bicycle to go to the office, it is advisable to take a bus or subway. By doing this you will get a chance to do a lot of physical activity in your body. Walk to reach the bus or subway, which will benefit you more.
3. Take a walk after eatingWhether you are in office or at home, it is advisable to take a short walk after meals. The more you walk, the better your metabolism will work and this will help in weight loss. It is advisable to walk at least 500 km after eating.
4. Wash clothes by handWe can also increase the physical activity of our body by doing household chores, of which washing clothes can be a good example. For example, if you are used to washing clothes in a machine, it is advisable to wash them by hand.
5. Do not sit for longWhether in office or at home, you should not sit for long. If you are in office, you should get up at least once every hour and walk and exercise. By doing this your body remains active which also helps in reducing body weight.
