Ingredients
1/2 cup almonds, blanched and peeled
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup melon seeds
1/4 cup dried rose petals
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon cardamom powder
1/2 teaspoon saffron strands
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups milk
Ice cubes, for serving
Procedure
Grind almonds, cashews, melon seeds, dried rose petals, and fennel seeds into a fine paste.
In a large bowl, combine the ground paste with cardamom powder, saffron strands, and sugar.
Gradually add milk and mix well until the sugar dissolves completely.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
4 cups milk
