-250 grams of ladyfinger-2 capsicum-1 onion-1 tomato-2 green chillies chopped-2 teaspoons gram flour-1 teaspoon lemon juice-1 tsp coriander powder-1 teaspoon red chilli powder-1 tsp tomato sauce-1/2 tsp garam masala– 4 cloves of crushed garlic-1/2 teaspoon turmeric-1/2 tsp sugar-1 teaspoon cumin– A pinch of asafoetida-5 sweet neem leaves– Some chopped coriander leaves– Salt as per taste-Oil as neededrecipeMake thin long pieces of ladyfinger. Make long thin slices of tomato, onion and capsicum. Fry the ladyfinger in hot oil till it becomes golden and crispy. – Now heat two spoons of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and neem leaves in it. – Then add green chillies, garlic and onion and fry for five minutes. – Then add capsicum and turmeric and fry for four minutes. – Then add gram flour, coriander powder, salt and sugar and fry for a few minutes on low flame. – Now add fried ladyfinger, tomato pieces, tomato sauce, red chilli and garam masala and mix well. Keep it on low flame for five minutes and remove it from the gas. Finally add lemon juice and green coriander.You can serve this vegetable with paratha.
