Faridabad: Missing girl found from Kanpur for a month
The police team of crime branch CAT and police station BPTP has succeeded in searching the girl who was missing for a month from Kanpur. Giving information on Wednesday, police spokesperson Sube Singh said that the missing girl was missing from her home since March 13, 2024, for which a lot of search was done by the family members.
The girl had come from Kanpur to Faridabad on March 13 for a relative’s wedding from where she went missing. When she was not found, information regarding the woman was given to BPTP police station. The police registered a case and were searching for the girl. Action was also being taken by the Crime Branch CAT regarding his disappearance. Taking joint action by the team of crime branch CAT and the police station PBTP, the girl was searched from Kanpur with the help of information received from secret sources and through technical means.
During interrogation of the girl, it came to light in front of her family that she was angry with her family about something due to which she had left the house without informing them and started living in Kanpur. The girl has been euthanized and handed over to her family. The family members wholeheartedly thanked the police team.
