ED’s sword hangs on these AAP leaders, arrest can happen anytime

These leaders are on ED’s radar
Rajkumar Anand:
Rajkumar Anand, who resigned from Delhi Cabinet and Aam Aadmi Party, is on the radar of the investigating agency. On November 2, 2023, the day Arvind Kejriwal received ED’s first summons for questioning, the same day ED raided Rajkumar Anand’s house and the investigation continued for 23 hours.
Amanatullah Khan
Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Okhla Amanatullah Khan is also on the ED’s radar. He can be arrested any time. ED issued several summons for questioning but he did not respond so ED sought non-bailable warrant from Rouse Avenue Court. Earlier, on the complaint of ED, the court had issued summons for April 20.
Durgesh Pathak
Aam Aadmi Party MLA Durgesh Pathak, who played the role of Chanakya for the party in the MCD elections, is also on the ED’s radar. On April 8, ED had interrogated Durgesh Pathak in this case for about 5 hours.
Vibhav Kumar
Not only Aam Aadmi Party leader but Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s personal secretary Vibhav Kumar is also on the agency’s radar. On April 8, ED had interrogated Vibhav for hours in the excise case. Earlier, ED had also raided Vibhav’s house in the first week of February in the Delhi Jal Board scam.
ND Gupta
ED has also raided the house of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP and party treasurer ND Gupta and interrogated him for hours.
Kailash Gehlot
Delhi government minister Kailash Gehlot is also on the ED’s radar. In this case, ED interrogated him for 5 hours. The ED also alleged that Vijay Nair lived in a government bungalow allotted to Kailash Gehlot and that Kailash Gehlot had also played a role in drafting the excise policy.
Deepak Singla:
ED also raided the house of AAP leader and Goa Assembly election in-charge Deepak Singla. ED had raided on March 27.
Gulab Singh Yadav:
The house of Aam Aadmi Party’s Matiala MLA Gulab Singh Yadav was also raided. The Income Tax Department had conducted a raid on March 23, 2024, which lasted for more than 24 hours.
