Easy ways to get rid of sadness and lethargy in winter

The winter season often brings sadness, fatigue, and lethargy. As the temperature falls, there is a deficiency of serotonin in our body, which controls mood and energy. Due to low level of serotonin, there is a lack of energy in the body and the feeling of sadness increases. 1. Make morning activity a habit
