CM Mohan Yadav’s visit to Shajapur, gift of hospital, announcement to make Maksi a tehsil – Read
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav today inaugurated a 100-bed Mother-Child Hospital built at a cost of Rs 20 crore in Shajapur. This hospital equipped with state-of-the-art facilities will provide high level services to mother and child. During this, he said that the state government is committed to expanding health services in the state.
The CM said that no stone will be left unturned in the development of Shajapur district. Water from the Narmada river has arrived in the district. Now Shajapur will also get the benefit of the Parvati-Kali Sindh-Chambal Link Project. 13 districts will be benefited by the project. Farmers will get 24-hour water and electricity, which will increase the productivity of crops in the district. The CM also announced to make Shajapur’s sub-tehsil Maksi a tehsil. The CM also planted saplings in the hospital premises.
Trying to improve the lives of farmers
Mohan Yadav said that the government has been formed to improve the lives of farmers. The farmer produces crops with his might. People from all over the country come to Shajapur to buy potatoes and onions. The CM said that after the formation of the government, continuous efforts have been made to ensure that farmers in the state get benefits and in this direction, farmers have also increased their productivity well.
The government is trying to increase employment resources in the state, for this industrial development is also required. Efforts are being made to increase productivity to increase the industrial growth rate. The Chief Minister said that an agriculture-based food industry will also be set up in Shajapur.
Announcement of setting up food industry
Agricultural productivity in the state has become very good, now industrial productivity also has to be increased to generate employment in the state. In the Invest Summit held in Ujjain recently, industrial development in the state along with the division was also discussed. Discussions were also held with industrialists from Tamil Nadu and they have been requested to set up industries in the state. CM Mohan Yadav announced to set up an agriculture-based food industry in Shajapur, due to which farmers will get a fair price for their crops and the products from here will also go to the country and abroad, which will lead to the progress of farmers in the region.
He said that our culture is the best culture in the world. We have come out to share our goodness with the world. Our festivals are not meant to be celebrated at home. Every festival needs to be celebrated with the society and with everyone feeling happy. We have started this tradition.
Government's gift on Rakshabandhan
The CM said that on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan in the month of Sawan, the state government will provide an additional Rs. 250 as a gift to the sisters in addition to the Rs. 1250 received every month in the accounts of 1 crore 39 lakh sisters of the state with a single click on August 10. For this, the festival of Raksha Bandhan will also be celebrated by organizing programs at more than 25 thousand places in the state.
Guru-disciple tradition
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that many steps are being taken under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi towards women empowerment. Efforts are being made to give participation to women in all fields. Similarly, many steps have been taken by the Central Government for the development of Scheduled Castes and Tribes. We have the tradition of Guru-Shishya. Guru takes the disciple from darkness to light. Thousands of years ago, there were many universities like Takshila, Nalanda in our country, which are known for humanity. Lord Krishna received education in Ujjain.
CM Yadav said that every MLA should make his constituency a model of development. He said that the budget is of three and a half lakh crore rupees, it has to be increased to 7 lakh crore in 5 years. Madhya Pradesh will be made a leader in the country by continuously moving ahead in terms of development.
Huge Rakhi Presentation
The Chief Minister was presented with a huge 20 feet long Rakhi prepared by Ladli sisters at the inauguration ceremony of Mother-Child Hospital in Shajapur. A large number of sisters also tied Rakhi. The Chief Minister gave certificates to the beneficiaries of Ladli Laxmi Yojana. During the program, farmers presented Kachi Ghani oil, cow ghee, Neemdi chilli powder, famous red onion of Shajapur, Baramasi white jamun plant to the Chief Minister.
Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Employment Gautam Tetwal and MP Mahendra Singh Solanki addressed the program. A large number of farmers, Ladli sisters and citizens including local MLAs, public representatives, officials were present.
Chief Minister paid tribute
CM Dr. Mohan Yadav reached Shajapur and paid tribute to the sudden demise of late Deepak Bhimavad, younger brother of MLA Arun Bhimavad. After this, the Chief Minister reached the residence of councilor Prem Yadav and former vice-president of the municipality Rekha Meena and expressed condolences on the demise of councilor Prem Yadav’s elder aunt, late Geeta Bai Yadav and Rekha Meena’s husband, late Amritlal Meena.
