Chhattisgarh News: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai presented the state's development plan in the ninth meeting of Niti Aayog. Chief Minister Sai briefed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the state's priorities and development initiatives with emphasis on education, human resource development, health and technological advancement. He shared the proposed plans for the development of Chhattisgarh, which clarifies the state's role in achieving the goal of a developed India 2047. Chief Minister Choi said that Chhattisgarh will play an important role in developed India by 2047. He said that currently the state's GSTP is Rs 5.05 lakh crore and a target has been set to increase it to Rs 10 lakh crore in the next 5 years. For this, development and target setting work has been initiated in various areas. Speaking at the meeting, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai emphasized the role of youth in the development of the state and said that the main focus of Chhattisgarh is to prepare skilled human resources. In Chhattisgarh, education is linked to vocational skills and training. Its aim is to provide students with job-ready skills. The work to prepare 'One Nation, One Student Identity Card' for every student in the state is underway. In this, all the important information related to the educational experience of the students will be available in digital form. He shared plans for health services, sustainable development and preservation of the state's culture and heritage. For economic empowerment, Chhattisgarh Super Foods will be manufactured and natural dispensaries will be constructed. Processing and trade of local products will be encouraged. Along with the expansion of artificial intelligence and information technology sector, emphasis will be given to the development of physical infrastructure like roads, buildings and digital facilities like internet and mobile networks. Chief Minister Tsai sought the cooperation of the central government to provide better electricity to rural and remote areas. He said the process of installing solar power on rooftops has been simplified and plans have been made to make 100 villages completely renewable energy-based. The survey for installation of rooftop solar plants in government buildings has been completed and these plants have been installed in most government buildings in Naya Raipur and electricity is being supplied from them. Chief Minister Sai said that 96 percent households in Chhattisgarh will be supplied with drinking water by March 2026. He said that India's goal should not only be by 2047, but by 2047 it should also become a water-secure India. He hoped that the central government would get technical and financial cooperation for this. He also called for further strengthening of National Groundwater Training and Research Institute at Raipur and establishment of Rainwater Conservation Research Centre. Through this, rain water can be properly stored and used in Chhattisgarh, he said. This will reduce water scarcity and provide additional assistance to farmers. He said mobile medical units have been used to improve health services in tribal areas. Health facilities are now reaching even the most remote areas of Chhattisgarh. Health services are extended through these mobile units, providing facilities to people in remote areas. On land and property issues, Chief Minister Sai said that all land records are being digitized in Chhattisgarh. This technology will increase transparency and curb corruption. He said that through this reform, land disputes can be resolved easily and it will encourage investment and development in the state. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his support and cooperation towards the priorities and needs of Chhattisgarh. He expressed confidence that with the help of the Central Government, the state of Chhattisgarh will achieve its development goals and play a vital role in realizing the vision of a developed India 2047.
