Chhattisgarh exit poll: Know Rajnand Khan's math, what polls say
Voting for the Lok Sabha elections has been completed across the country. With this the election war ended. Everyone is waiting for the results of the June 4 election. Chhattisgarh has 11 Lok Sabha constituencies. According to revelations from TV9 Bharatvarsha, POLLSTRAT and PEOPLES INSIDE, BJP can do well in this state. Talking about the Rajnand Khan parliamentary constituency which is included in the state's VIP constituency, all eyes are on this seat. Santosh Pandey Vs Bhupesh Bagel: In Rajnandgan, BJP's current MP Santosh Pandey's contest is between the state's former chief minister and current Congress MLA Bhupesh Bagel. This is the reason why this seat has become a hot seat. The credibility of Bhupesh Bagel and the Congress is questionable this election. After the massive defeat in the assembly elections, the party is trying hard to recover from it. At the same time, the BJP is trying to capture the Congress stronghold completely. According to the survey, BJP is leading in TV9 Bharatvarsh, POLSTRAT and PEOPLES Inside polls, BJP's vote share is likely to be 50.17%, where Congress' vote share is likely to be 50.17%. 73.90 percent votes were recorded in Rajnand Khan parliamentary constituency. Whereas in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, 76.04 percent votes were recorded in Rajnand Khan constituency. According to the poll, BJP will win all 11 constituencies in the state. Chhattisgarh's Rajnandgaon Lok Sabha constituency was first created as a BJP stronghold in 1952. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP candidate Santosh Pandey won by a margin of 1,11,966 votes defeating Bola Ram Sahu of Congress. Santhosh Pandey got a total of 662,387 votes or 51 percent. Whereas in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, BJP's Abhishek Singh defeated Congress' Kamleshwar Verma by a margin of 2,35,911 votes. In the 2024 elections, the party has again bet on a sitting MP. Meanwhile, former chief minister Bhupesh Bagel is contesting on behalf of the Congress. The Rajnand Khan Lok Sabha seat has been held by the BJP since 2009. In 2014 and 2019, the party registered a resounding victory in this constituency. The party is gearing up to win again in this election. Polls by TV9 Bharatvarsh, POLSTRAT and PEOPLES Insight suggest that the BJP has won back the seat. However, the actual film will be revealed on June 4.
