Now the Central Board of Film Censors has given the 'UA' certificate and allowed the release of the film with 3 cuts and 10 changes. The Censor Board has asked for facts regarding the controversial statements shown in the Kangana Ranaut starrer Emergency. In fact, the CBFC says the producers will have to present evidence of former US President Richard Milhouse Nixon's derogatory remarks about Indian women and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill's statements that Indians are reared like rabbits.
