New Delhi, April 10 (Tezzbuzz). There is a generally bullish trend in the domestic stock market today. However, since the beginning of trading, the bulls and bearers have started trying to dominate each other, due to which the movement of the stock market is also seen fluctuating. Today’s trading started on a strong note. During the first hour of trading, both the Sensex and Nifty indices remained in the green despite the selling shock. Sensex was trading 0.31 percent higher and Nifty 0.30 percent higher.

After the first one hour of trading, among the big stocks of the stock market, shares of BPCL, Hindalco Industries, Coal India, Tata Steel and Reliance Industries were trading with a gain of 2.43 percent to 1.37 percent. On the other hand, shares of Divi’s Laboratories, HDFC Life, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Cipla and SBI Life Insurance were seen trading with a fall of 2.18 per cent to 0.95 per cent.

In the current trading, there was active trading in 2,044 shares in the stock market. Of these, 1,110 shares were trading in the green after earning profits, while 934 shares were trading in the red after incurring losses. Similarly, out of 30 shares included in Sensex, 20 shares remained in the green with the support of buying. On the other hand, 10 shares were trading in the red due to selling pressure. Whereas out of the shares included in Nifty, 25 shares were seen trading in the green mark and 25 shares were seen trading in the red mark.

BSE Sensex opened today with a gain of 270.26 points at the level of 74,953.96 points. As soon as trading started, due to selling pressure, this index fell to the level of 74,810.85 points. However, after some time, buyers made buying efforts, due to which the movement of this index increased. After the first hour of trading amid continuous buying and selling in the market, at 10:15 am the Sensex was trading at 74,914.86 points with a gain of 231.16 points.

Like Sensex, NSE’s Nifty jumped 77.50 points today and started trading at 22,720.25 points. Due to selling pressure in early trade, this index fell to 22,678.70 points. But after this the index gained momentum again with the support of buying. After the initial 1 hour of trading between continuous buying and selling in the market, at 10:15 am Nifty was trading at the level of 22,709.55 points with a gain of 66.80 points.

Before this, on the last trading day on Tuesday, the Sensex had closed at the level of 74,683.70 points with a decline of 58.80 points or 0.08 percent. At the same time, Nifty slipped 23.55 points or 0.10 percent and ended Tuesday’s trading at the level of 22,642.75 points.
