4. 50-59 years of age

For men: 135/85 to 145/90 mm Hg. At this age, men are more at risk of heart diseases, and it is necessary to monitor blood pressure.
5. 60 years and above
For women: 140/90 to 150/90 mm Hg. At this age, the risk of hypertension increases in women, especially when heart and kidney problems begin.
For men: 140/90 to 150/90 mm Hg. Men also have a higher risk of increasing blood pressure at this age, and it can have a serious impact on their health.
