Bihar Teacher Makes Reels While Checking Exam Sheets
Instagram reel obsession has caught in its whirlwind a teacher from Bihar. In the videos, the teacher can be observed supposedly grading answer sheets for the PPU exams while she hardly looks at the answer sheet.
Two videos of the same teacher have been doing rounds on social media sites as a video posted by user @BiharTeacherCan on May 26 has garnered 157.9k views and reads the caption in Hindi: “PPU exam’s copy evaluation reel is viral on Instagram, FIR filed against the madam.” In the reel, the teacher can be seen finishing her evaluation of the answer sheet in a mere 28 seconds while she shoots the reel.
As the first video went viral, another X user @ChapraZila posted another video of the same woman who can now be seen in a different attire and room, shooting a similar reel as she is seated with fellow other evaluators. This video which has garnered 461.7k views was posted on May 26 as well and confirmed the FIR against the teacher as its caption read the same. However, in the second video, the teacher is observed more engrossed in the reel shoot than in the exam sheet from the earlier video.
Netizens are outraged
The video sparked an online uproar raising questions and concerns about the seriousness with which some educators approach exam evaluations and the potential impact on student grades.
A user commented: “The boy whose copy this is would have got just average marks, your copy was used to make a reel. If possible, you should also turn your career towards reel, because now you will not get enough marks to get admission to top universities. The marks are gone.”
Another user commented: “It is clearly visible that she is not even looking at the copy properly… she is quickly moving ahead, she does not care whether what is written is right or wrong.”
A third comment read: “Just in 30 seconds the teacher judged and evaluated a student’s hard work of 3 hours.”
