‘Bigg Boss Malayalam’, hosted by superstar Mohanlal, also gained massive popularity over the years and has officially returned with the sixth season. ‘Bigg Boss Malayalam 6’ has been hitting the headlines due to the drama going on inside the house and the latest surprise eviction of a contestant.

Bigg Boss 6 Malayalam 6 Eviction:

In a shocking turn of events, Ratheesh Kumar has been evicted from the house. Other nominated contestants were Jinto, Saranya, Ansiba, Sijo, Rocky, Ratheesh, Norah, and Suresh. Rocky, Jinto, and Ratheesh were in the bottom three and later Bigg Boss announced Ratheesh to be the first eliminated contestant.

After getting out of the house, he expressed his regret over using harsh words inside the house to host Mohanlal. He said, “I should have been more careful with my words. I’ve learned that one must exercise caution with their language. In just a week, I’ve gained valuable insights.”

He also apologised to fellow contestant Jaanmoni and said, “Sorry, everyone. I’m not usually an irritating character. My game plan failed.”

Akhil Marar lifted the trophy of ‘Bigg Boss Malayalam 5’, whereas, Reneesha Rahiman and Junaiz VP were the runner-ups. Sobha Viswanath and Shiju Abdul Rasheed were also in the top five finalists.

The contestants in ‘Bigg Boss Malayalam 6’ are Ansiba, Apsara, Arjun, Gabri, Jaanmoni, Jasmin, Jinto, Nishana, Norah, Resmin, Rishi, Rocky, Saranya, Sijo, Sreerekha, Sreethu, Suresh and Yamuna.

On the work front, Mohanlal was last seen in the period drama ‘Malaikottai Vaaliban’, which is still running in theatres. In an interview with Onmanorama, Mohanlal talked about the plot of ‘Malaikottai Vaaliban’ and called the movie a timeless film.

He said, “We are also very hopeful. It has been treated like a Western film. I would call it a timeless film. The music, colour pattern, situation, and action sequences are something you have never witnessed in Malayalam cinema before. We were all striving for that. It is a big-budget film. I believe Lijo has beautifully executed it. The rest is up to the audience. You can see it as a mass film, a spiritual film with a philosophy. If you want you can see it like a very serious film. We are throwing the questions for the audience to interpret the way they want.”

He will next star in ‘Barroz’ and ‘Kannapa’.
