Azam Khan found guilty in assault, robbery case…sentence yet to be announced
Azam Khan has been declared guilty of assault, robbery and criminal conspiracy in Dungarpur Basti, Uttar Pradesh. The decision on punishment in the case is yet to come but the charge against Khan was proved in the Rampur MP MLA court today. Several cases were registered in 2019 regarding the eviction of Dungarpur Colony in Ganj police station area. A total of 12 cases were registered against Khan. Contractors Barkat Ali and Azam Khan were accused in the case. They were booked under sections 392, 504, 506, 452, 120B. What's the whole point? Today Azam Khan appeared in court through video conferencing. The entire case was registered in 2019, District Assistant Public Prosecutor Seema Singh Rana MP-MLA told the court. In this case, the petitioner Abrar alleged that they broke his house, beat him and kicked him, forced him to vacate his house and demolished his house with a bulldozer. Will Azam Khan come out of jail? Four days ago, the Allahabad High Court granted bail to Azam Khan, his wife and son in the fake birth certificate case. This was seen as a relief to the Khan family. The Allahabad High Court has suspended the 7-year jail sentence imposed on Khan in the fake birth certificate case. It is said that his wife Dancen Fatima may be released from jail today but Azam Khan is not able to come out of jail now as he is guilty in some other cases. Khan, his wife and son were convicted by a Rampur court in a fraud case. This whole thing is for 2019. On this day, Bharatiya Janata Party Rampur MLA Akash Saxena filed a case. In this, Khan and his wife were accused of obtaining two birth certificates for their son Abdullah Azam Khan.
