It is not safe for patients with high glucose levels such as diabetics as it can increase your blood sugar levels rapidly. In such a situation, diabetic patients should not drink this water. It is best to drink sugarcane juice during the day. Apart from this, drink only fresh sugarcane juice. Avoid packaging. Eating or drinking too much of anything can be harmful. In such a situation, limit yourself to one glass of sugarcane juice a day. More juice than this can be harmful.
