Andhra Pradesh's IT and Human Religion Development Minister Nara Lokesh reacted to the ongoing debate on Hindi in South India. He talked about promoting Hindi in all states of India under the new education policy. He said that India is a diversity country. Hindi cannot be imposed. He said that every state is different. They should have the freedom to promote their local language.
'NDA is working to increase mother tongue'
N. Lokesh said in a program that, when I met the education minister of the country, I came to know that there is nothing like that. Their focus is more on increasing Telugu as medium of education in the state. The BJP -led NDA government has expressed confidence in strengthening the mother tongue. He said that my father Chandrababu Naidu has played an important role in increasing the local languages.
Emphasis on learning German-Japanese
Under the new education policy 2020, it has been talked about teaching three languages ​​in every state, including Hindi, English and local languages. However, there is no mandatory about this now. On the issue of education in three languages, he said that we should overtake these languages. We should also come to international languages ​​like Japanese and German.
Employment opportunities abroad for German-Japanese experts
He told that many job opportunities are opening in Germany and Japan, especially for nurses and people who help in homes. We have entered into agreements to teach nurses to German and Japanese, which will provide employment opportunities abroad.
He highlighted the importance of teaching children a lot of languages. He asked why Telugu cannot be taught in the northern states. Children should learn everything they want to learn. He said that I speak very good Hindi. The reason for this is that I am from Hyderabad. A lot of languages ​​should come in today's era.
