The movie is named after the first letter of the Greek alphabet which shows that women can be 'Alpha' too. The shooting of the film will begin from July 15 in Mumbai and then in Kashmir. The film stars Alia Bhatt, Sharwari Wag, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor. The concept and title of the film make the film unique. Tamaka stars Alia Bhatt alongside Sharwari Wag, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. Anil Kapoor will play Alia and Sharwari's father in the film. Bobby Deol plays the villain, which is the USP of the film.
