Mother Dairy Price Hike News: As soon as the Lok Sabha elections ended, two major milk producing companies of the country have increased the prices of their products. Earlier, Amul had increased the price of milk by Rs 2 per liter. Just 12 hours after this, Mother Dairy has announced an increase in the price of milk in the Delhi-NCR market.
The company has increased the price of milk by Rs 2 per liter. This is due to the increase in cost in the last 15 months. The increase in the price of all types of milk in Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) as well as other markets has come into effect from Monday i.e. June 3. The company last changed the prices of its liquid milk in February 2023.
Mother Dairy said in a statement that it is increasing the prices of its liquid milk by Rs 2 per liter across all markets from June 3, 2024. The increase in consumer prices is mainly to compensate the producers for the increased production cost. It has seen an increase for more than a year.

In Delhi-NCR, Mother Dairy's full cream milk will now be available at Rs 68 per liter, toned milk at Rs 56 and double toned milk at Rs 50 per liter. Buffalo milk will cost Rs 72 per liter and cow milk will cost Rs 58 per liter. Token milk (bulk milk) will be sold at Rs 54 per liter.
